ABOUT US

In 1983 a group of interested parents organized the North Iowa Figure Skating Club (NIFSC) in the newly constructed arena on the North Iowa Fairgrounds in Mason City, Iowa. The Club's objectives were designed to offer ice instruction to North Iowans of all ages.

The NIFSC is managed by a board of twelve volunteer directors.

Following are the Board of Directors for the 2006-2007 season. If at any time you have questions, comments or suggestions you would like to bring the Board's attention, feel free to contact any of these Board members.

The Role of the Parent

The NIFSC relies on parents for help and cooperation during the year. Except for the professional instructors, the entire program is comprised of volunteer help. We are deeply indebted to all the people who give freely of their time and money each year to make this organization successful year after year. Thank you!
